Hello Laptop Forum - After a snow day lurking and working, it's finally come time to ask for some assistance. I have successfully installed OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 on my Dell Precision M6600 using Legacy Clover, and I have just about everything working the way I would like it to, other than CPU power management. Sep 28, 2011 Hi, i have installed MacOS Lion with the standard Methode from insanelymac and on the step with the DSDT Auto-Patcher 0.6, i don't have a idea to bringt the rest of the hardware back to live on MacOS X Lion. Did anyone know, what can i do? Hardware: Dell Precision Workstation M6600.

I'm new to this (in successful attempts anyways), but I recently got a Dell Precision Workstation M6600 Laptop and a 1TB external hard drive from work.
I partitioned the hard drive into 3 GUID partitions. 1-70ish GB 1-230ish GB and the rest FAT32, which i later changed to NFTS in Windows.
I removed the Internal HDD and I installed UniBeast on the 70GB partition with -x GraphicEnabler=no PCIRootUID=0.
I was able to successfully install Mountain Lion on the 230GB partition (I boot from UniBeast, which i changed the boot.plist to PCIRootUID=0 so i dont have to type it out, pressing enter gets me in. Boot loaders have never worked for me. I always encountered issues so I'm not going with the boot loader route) and everything is working fantastically great except wifi because the intel chip is not supported, ethernet works fine, but thats an issue i can take care of later with a compatible usb wi-fi adapter.
My concern is the Audio, Intel High Definition IDT92XXX, I've done hours and hours of research and I can't get anything to work, not even a glimmer of hope. Nothing on Multibeast works. Does anybody have a solution?
