I would suggest you to follow the mentioned methods and check:

Method 1:

Run Playing Audio troubleshooter.

Follow these steps and check if it helps.
a. Press Windows Key +R, type Control Panel.
b. Type troubleshooting in the search bar, click on troubleshooting.
c. Click on Hardware and Sound, click on Playing Audio troubleshooter.
d. Follow the steps from the wizard to run the troubleshooter.

Method 2: Download and install the Audio drivers.

a. Download the audio drivers from above link.

b. Right-click on the driver setup files and click on ‘properties’.

c. Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 7 operating system from the drop down.

d. Click on ‘Apply’ and click ‘OK’ to install it.

Restart the computer and check for the issue.

Still issue remains same follow method 3.

Method 3:

No sound in Windows (Follow the steps mentioned in the article)
