Battery Not Charging

If your charger is plugged in and the charging light is not flashing/on then this could mean that the charger itself has an issue. If after you plug in your laptop to the charger, it turns off or runs out of power quickly, then the laptop's battery may be faulty.

Network Not Connecting

If you open your internet browser and the page says it is unable to connect, you could be having WiFi issues.

• If your WiFi is enabled but not connected, open the 'Network and Internet Connections' screen from the start menu. Go to the properties tab under 'Wireless Network Connection', and check the box labeled 'Use Windows to Configure My Wireless Network Setting'.

• Check to see if the router is plugged in and is on. If this still does not work you should call your network provider to check your connection.
